* Details and Scope
• Finality of Payment: Once a payment is successfully processed and confirmed for course enrollment, the transaction is considered final.
• No Exceptions: We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to:
• Change of mind or voluntary withdrawal from the course.
• Failure to attend or complete the course.
• Dissatisfaction with the course content or delivery method.
• Personal circumstances (e.g., illness, travel, employment changes).
• Inability to meet course prerequisites.
• Course Cancellations: In the highly unlikely event that we must cancel a course, enrolled participants will be offered the option of transferring their enrollment to a future course date or receiving a full refund of the enrollment fees paid. This is the sole exception to our non-refundable policy.
