• Dissatisfaction with the course content or delivery method.
• Personal circumstances (e.g., illness, travel, employment changes).
• Inability to meet course prerequisites.
• Course Cancellations: In the highly unlikely event that we must cancel a course, enrolled participants will be offered the option of transferring their enrollment to a future course date or receiving a full refund of the enrollment fees paid.
